Terms of service

ThescoreIQ is a free-to-play sports prediction game with optional subscriptions. It is not a gambling or betting service: you cannot stake, win or withdraw money, and nothing in the game can be exchanged for money or prizes.

Picks, odds and statistics are provided for information and entertainment. They are not financial or betting advice, and we do not guarantee their accuracy.

You must be at least [minimum age] years old. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in details safe. One person, one account.

Coins and Diamonds have no cash value and cannot be bought, withdrawn or transferred. Coins are earned in the game — through daily claims, predictions, streaks, bonuses and, on the free plan, optional rewarded ads. Diamonds are a badge derived from the Coins you have collected and are never spent.

They are a licence to use a game feature, not property. We may adjust balances to fix errors or abuse, and they are erased when your account is deleted.

Pro and Elite are monthly subscriptions that unlock the engine’s picks, remove ads and add the weekly bonus; Elite adds early access. The price is shown before you buy. [Free-trial terms, if offered.]

• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
• Bought in the app: billed and managed by Google Play (or the App Store). Cancel in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Refunds follow the store’s policy.
• Bought on the website: billed by Stripe and managed from your account page.
• When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Don’t cheat, automate play, exploit bugs, use multiple accounts to gain an advantage, harass others, or post unlawful or offensive content (including in display names and groups). We may suspend or close accounts that do.

You can delete your account at any time — here’s how. Deleting it does not cancel a store subscription; cancel that first.
