Delete your account

1. Open ThescoreIQ and tap your name at the top of the screen to open Account.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm with Delete. Your account is deleted straight away.

Have a subscription? Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription — cancel it first in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. A subscription bought on the website must be cancelled from your account page on the website before the account can be deleted.

No longer have the app, or signed up on the website? Email [email protected] from the address on your account, or include your display name. We will confirm the account is yours and delete it within [N] days.

• Your profile: display name, avatar, country, linked sign-in methods and settings
• Your Coins, Diamonds, predictions, streaks and ranking
• Favourite leagues and notification tokens
• Your group memberships — a group you own passes to its longest-standing member

Records of in-app purchases are kept without your account attached, so a refund from the store can still be processed. [Retention of backups and logs, and any records kept for legal or tax reasons, and for how long.]
